Trip to Iceland - 2004

So, Boo and her mom went to Iceland for a week at the end of June. It's really not as cold as it sounds. The temperature ranged between 10°C and 15°C. And yes, for those of you who are wondering, it's bright all day and all night long. The sun 'sets' for about an hour anytime between 12 a.m. and 1:30 a.m.

The sights are absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. Words and even pictures don't do it justice. The people are incredibly efficient and very helpful, since their main industry is tourism. Next to that is fishing, so for you seafood lovers, this is the place. I must warn you - food is ridiculously expensive.

For anyone looking for an exotic trip, this is the place. Anyway, here are the pics. Enjoy!
