THE CITY
All in all, we weren’t incredibly impressed with Boston. However, one thing to note
is the architecture. From shops to apartments to the universities, every area in
Boston seems to have a unique look, and can probably be dated based on the
architecture. My favorite was the lowered entrances into the apartments with
the iron balconies.
Here we are in downtown Boston. There were so many people sailing on the water.
It was really cool. We took a stroll on the boardwalk and found many people reading,
tanning, etc. However, unlike Toronto, there weren’t very many dogs.
Here we are at the original Cheers. This is a must see. It
has such a historical and exclusive feel to it. The food is expensive, but so
is everything in Boston. If you do end up there, you have to try the clam chowder.
It’s awesome. Another great place is called ‘No Name Restaurant’, which has awesome seafood and great
chowder. Every Bostonian knows this place.
Here are the poser chics at the Metro, equivalent to our Go
system.
This is just a cool shot of a hotel by the wharf.
An arbitrary shot of the city.
