VOLLEYBALL @ LAFARGE
During Boo's last work term at Lafarge, she set up a pick-up
volleyball night. You would think after a term of playing the participants
would have learned a thing or two. However, the pics below indicate otherwise.
Above you can see Boo learning Ballet. Boy, would The Warrior
Princess be disappointed. Then again, this might warrant the pink tutu which
Boo was threatened with many many times during her 2B term, all thanks to Roo.
Moving along, we see Fuzzy Monkey trying to play soccer, sort
of. Meanwhile Salty looks on either in amazement or fear... not sure which. If
you can see Liz way in the back, she is probably wondering how much varsol
Fuzzy Monkey sniffed that day.
Oh no, light, light. Sorry, but after a term at Ashwarren,
you kinda get used to all the black/brown outs. In fact, we've even put down
bets on the exact times and the number of occurrences on several rainy days...
and believe it or not there have been winners. Roo, however, is ecstatic when brown
outs occur. During the last one, the entire lab was vibrating his concrete mix,
since most other tests are in the dark side of the lab. Luke, I am your father!
(Sorry, just couldn't resist).
Lastly, you can see one of many hubby-wife syndrome
occurrences. For those of you who play v-ball, you know exactly what I'm
talking about. Here Liv and Salty sport exactly what not to do. The best part
is they manage to demonstrate with style! Alright, I'll end my evilness here.
All the sarcasm aside, it was a great term.
